1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any BasiraSoft software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Software License
- ›BasiraSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for a specific machine.
- ›License is tied to hardware fingerprints. Re-activation is needed for new hardware.
- ›No copying, reselling, or reverse engineering.
- ›Licenses are non-transferable to third parties.
- ›One license = One machine unless otherwise stated.
3. Authorized Use
- ›For legitimate business use only.
- ›May be used by employees on the licensed machine.
- ›No use for multiple unrelated businesses under one license.
4. Updates & Support
Updates are provided at our discretion. Minor fixes may be automatic. Support is provided via email and on-site visits within 2 business days.
5. Your Data
Business data is your property. BasiraSoft does not have access to it. Backups are your responsibility; we recommend using the built-in backup tools.
6. Payment & Refunds
- ›Pricing is in PKR and includes taxes.
- ›Full payment required before activation.
- ›7-day refund if software doesn't work on your hardware.
- ›No refunds after successful activation.
7. Liability
BasiraSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the license fee paid.
8. Termination
Violation of terms results in immediate license termination. All copies must be deleted upon termination.
9. Governing Law
Governing law is of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes subject to Lahore courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
